Ronald E. Small passed away December 7, 2025, at Howard Young Medical Center following a long struggle with lung diseases. He was born on April 23, 1935, in La Crosse, WI, to Roger and Myrtle (née Snyder) Small. Ron retired from the U.S. Army after 21 years of service.
